Black Ops, a division of Flexpwr ("we," "us," "our"), makes NO guarantee, promise, representation, or warranty of any kind regarding income, earnings, or financial results. Participation in our sales program is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity. You may earn nothing. Some participants earn $0. Nothing on this website, in our videos, advertisements, text messages, interviews, or any other communication from us or our representatives should be interpreted as a guarantee or promise of earnings.

2. Earnings Depend Entirely on You and Factors Outside Our Control

Any income earned through our program depends on many factors, including but not limited to:

• Your individual effort, work ethic, and hours worked
• Your sales skills and how quickly you develop them
• Market conditions, territory, weather, and seasonality
• Customer demand, financing availability, and cancellation rates
• Your ability to complete training and follow the program

Because these factors vary widely between individuals, results vary widely. Many participants earn little or no income, particularly those who do not complete the program or do not consistently perform the work.

3. Averages, Examples, and "Top Performer" References

If we ever reference average earnings, example commissions, or the results of specific individuals or groups (including "top performers" or "top reps"), those figures describe the experience of the specific individuals or subsets referenced, during specific time periods, and are NOT typical of all participants and NOT a projection of your results. Figures cited for top performers describe exceptional outcomes achieved by a small minority. Earnings figures, where used, are gross commissions and do not account for expenses you may incur (see Section 5).

Testimonials on this website and in our videos and advertisements reflect the genuine experiences of the individuals shown. They are individual results only. They are not typical, not independently verified as typical, and not a promise, projection, or guarantee of what you will achieve. You should NOT expect the same or similar results.

5. You May Incur Costs

As an independent contractor, you may incur expenses in connection with participation, which may include (depending on your situation) travel, relocation and housing for the summer program, transportation, phone and data, and self-employment taxes. These costs are your responsibility and reduce any net income you earn. You are responsible for your own tax obligations; we do not withhold taxes from commissions.

References to "internship," "career," "team," or similar terms describe the program experience and do not create an employment relationship, and nothing on this website constitutes an offer of employment.
