Here's what most people want to know before applying.
No prior solar experience required. We have a proven training system that takes you from zero to closing deals. What we look for is coachability, work ethic, and hunger to succeed. If you're willing to put in the work, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
We use a hybrid approach. You'll have access to pre-qualified leads from our marketing team, plus the opportunity to generate your own leads through door-to-door if you want to maximize your income. Many of our top earners do both.
We're actively expanding in multiple markets including Arizona, Texas, Nevada, California, and Florida. During your call with Torin, he'll discuss which markets have openings and what opportunities match your location.
You earn commission on every deal you close - no caps, no limits. Our average rep earns $2,500-$4,000 per closed deal depending on system size. Top performers who close 4-6 deals per month are consistently hitting $10K-$15K+ monthly.
We offer weekly payouts. Once your deal is approved and installed, you get paid that week. No waiting 30-60 days like other companies. We believe if you close the deal, you deserve to get paid fast.
Absolutely not. Black Ops is a legitimate solar sales organization backed by Flexpwr and Flex Marketing — which was recently featured in USA News as "The Launchpad for Young Professionals to Build Empires, Not Just Careers." You're selling real solar installations to real homeowners. There's no recruiting requirement, no buy-in, no inventory to purchase. You close deals, you get paid. Period.
Our training program includes in-person onboarding, ride-alongs with experienced closers, ongoing weekly coaching calls, and access to our private training library. You're never left to figure it out alone - you'll have mentors and a team supporting you every step.
